is joint stock company with headquarter in Bulgaria, town of Varna, and administrative address #59 ”Konstantin Velichkov“ str. It is continuer of  founded on 02.01.1955 "Industrial Mounting Management” - town of Varna, which activity is construction of big industrial project sites in the field of chemical, cement industry, energetics etc. on the territory in North-East of Bulgaria.
In 1993 "IMM" –Varna is reregistered as Joint-Stock Company “Montagi-Varna” Co., town of Varna by District Court of Varna with verdict № 2622 dated 15.04.1993.
The company is managed by Council of Directors with members:
Ivan Ivanov;
Eng. Galin Nedev;
Eng. Georgie Hekimov –Executive Director;
The company works with its own means of turnover. It has not outstanding obligations to the country and to its personnel.
